CUSTOM SOFTWARE & SYSTEMS MODERNIZATION

Software that fits the business you actually have.

Small platforms, real integrations and a real interface, built for businesses like yours, where one good engineer changes the trajectory.

You're probably here for one of these three reasons.

WHAT WE DO

We build software, and look after it

Most engagements start with one of these and grow into another.

01

Custom platforms & applications

The core of what we do. An application built around how your operation runs, with a proper data model, the integrations it needs and an interface your team will want to use. Usually it replaces a spreadsheet you've outgrown or a tool that never fit.

02

Modernization & migration

Systems you inherited rather than chose. We look at what you have, keep what still earns its place and move you off what doesn't. Your business keeps running while we do it.

03

Integrations

Connecting the systems you already pay for, so nobody on your team has to copy data between them. CRM, accounting, point-of-sale and scheduling, including vendors whose APIs make it deliberately difficult.

04

Ongoing support

We stay on afterward as the engineer you can call. You get a standing block of hours each month for changes, fixes and the steady stream of small things that come with running software.

SELECTED WORK

Five projects, five different problems

HOW WE BUILD

We build with our own tool, and you can watch

Every project runs in onMain, the product we build. Your plan, the decisions behind it and the work in flight are written down in one place you can log in to.

When something changes, you can see what changed, the card it came from and why we did it that way.

PLAN
What we'll build, in what order, and what's out of scope
DECISION
What we chose, what we turned down, and why
SHIPPED
Every release, checked first and recorded against its work

You work with the engineer

No account managers and no handoff to a junior team once the contract is signed. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.

Enterprise practice, small-business pace

Version control, testing, documentation and a proper handover. You get the discipline of a large shop without its overhead or its timeline.

One or two projects at a time

We stay small on purpose. That's why you get real attention, and why we'll sometimes tell you we're not the right fit.

How an engagement runs

  1. A conversation

Half an hour, no charge. You describe the problem and we tell you honestly whether we're the right fit and roughly what it would take.

  2. A written scope

You get fixed deliverables, a fixed price or a clear rate and a list of what's out of scope, all before any money changes hands.

  3. Build in the open

You see working software every week, not a status report. Course corrections are cheap when you catch them early.

  4. Handover that holds

The documentation, repositories, accounts and infrastructure are all yours. If you want to bring it in-house later, you can.

Tell us what isn't working.

A half-hour conversation, no charge and no pitch. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
