This notice describes the site at liquidsoft.io.
What we collect
What you type into the inquiry form: your name, your email, an optional company name, what you think you need, a rough budget, a timeline and a description of the problem. We also count visits with Google Analytics, described below.
Where it goes
Your inquiry is sent as an email to info@liquidsoft.io through Postmark, our email provider, and a confirmation is sent to the address you gave. It isn't stored in any database of ours. If the email can't be sent, the inquiry is written to our server's error log so it isn't lost.
How long it's kept
The email stays in our inbox until we delete it. Postmark keeps a copy of sent messages for 45 days, then deletes it. Our server's logs are deleted after 30 days.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read. Until you accept, it sets no cookies, and Google receives a cookieless signal for each page you view, with details such as the page, the time, the address that linked you here and the kind of browser you use. Google also receives your IP address with each request, and Google Analytics doesn't store it. If you accept, it also sets a cookie so a return visit is counted as the same visitor. Its advertising features are switched off, and it never receives what you type into the inquiry form.
Your choice
The banner asks once, and your browser remembers the answer. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings, at the foot of every page.
What we don't do
This site runs no advertising trackers. We don't sell or share your contact details.
