Terms of service
Last updated
These terms cover liquidsoft.io and the demos under demo.liquidsoft.io, which are run by Liquidsoft LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. By using them, you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This site describes what we do. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a promise of availability, and the prices and timelines it gives are typical, not fixed.
Inquiries and proposals
Sending an inquiry or asking for a demo or a proposal doesn't commit either of us to anything. Work starts only when we've both signed an agreement for it, and that agreement governs the work, not these terms. Please don't send confidential information through the form. If a project needs it, we'll sign a confidentiality agreement first.
The demos
The demos show past projects running on made-up sample data. They're for looking at, not for real use, so don't enter real personal or financial information. We may change or remove a demo at any time.
The client portal
The client portal at app.liquidsoft.io is for clients we're working with, and you'll only have an account there if we've invited you. It has its own terms, which you accept when you sign in. These terms don't cover it.
Our content
The words, design and code of this site are ours. The names, logos and screenshots of the projects we show belong to their owners. You're welcome to link to any page.
Using the site
Please don't use the form to send spam or automated submissions, and don't try to disrupt the site, the demos or the servers behind them.
Other sites
Where we link to another site, we don't control it and aren't responsible for it.
No warranty
The site and the demos are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise either.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Liquidsoft LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the demos, and its total liability to you for anything arising from them is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state courts of St. Louis County, Missouri, or the federal courts of the Eastern District of Missouri.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
